Hemon Das

Hemon Das is a MEAL professional with over eight years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning. Currently serving as a Program Officer - MELS at Heifer International since 2023, Hemon designs projects and provides technical guidance while also managing data quality and reporting. Previously, Hemon held positions as Manager and Senior Officer in MEAL at BRAC, and as a Senior Executive at Pranon Group, where they contributed to training development and project assessment. Hemon completed a Postgraduate Diploma in MEAL and a Master's in Development Policy and Studies from Khulna University.
