Insan began a career at Grameenphone Ltd, serving as a Junior Trainee in People & Quality Management, before progressing to roles focused on digital channels and e-commerce. Following this, Insan worked at Bank Asia PLC and Prime Bank, managing projects related to digital banking solutions and agent banking. Currently, Insan holds the position of Manager in Projects, Partnerships & EdTech at BRAC, overseeing stakeholder management and project implementation with various high-profile partners. Educationally, Insan obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh, along with prior qualifications from Adamjee Cantonment College and Pabna Zilla School.
