Isaac Bird

Isaac Bird is a Technical Officer for Program Design and Impact at BRAC since January 2023, where responsibilities include supporting country teams and global partners in scaling the Graduation approach to governments, particularly in South Africa and Indonesia. Previously, Isaac held roles at BRAC as a Senior Associate focused on program design and technical assistance, and as an Associate within the Ultra Poor Graduation Initiative, managing knowledge systems and conducting research in social protection. Isaac’s early experience includes internships in communications and operations at Impact Network and Global Health Corps, along with a sourcing internship at CMMB. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Development Studies from both the Institute of Development Studies and the University of Sussex, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in International/Global Studies and French Studies from Fordham University.
