Ishtiaque Shoef

Ishtiaque Shoef has extensive experience in monitoring and evaluation, currently serving as Assistant General Manager at BRAC since July 2017, where responsibilities include monitoring activities and project progress reporting. Prior roles include Monitoring and Evaluation Data Specialist at the USAID Ag Extension Project, focusing on designing data management systems and capacity building, and Data Management Specialist at the Bangladesh Centre for Advanced Studies, managing survey-research data and developing data collection instruments. Ishtiaque also held the position of Project Manager-cum-Data Analyst at e.Gen Consultants Ltd., overseeing survey projects and training teams, and served as a Database Specialist for Agriteam Canada, contributing to the development of performance measurement frameworks. Educational qualifications include a B.Sc. in Statistics from DCC and a Master's in Development Studies from North South University.
