Jane Muikamba is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in managing HR departments across various organizations. From May 2019 to September 2022, Jane served as the Regional HR Manager for the East Africa Energy Program at RTI International, where responsibilities included supporting education programs in Kenya and enhancing team performance through technological advancements. Currently, Jane holds the position of Head of HR at BRAC, having joined in October 2022. Previous experience includes serving as an HR Coordinator at Management Sciences for Health from November 2010 to October 2014, providing strategic HR support for multiple USAID-funded projects in Kenya. Jane holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Makerere University and an MBA from the University of Nairobi.
