Kabir holds a Master's degree in Social Science and a Bachelor's degree in Social Science from the University of Dhaka, emphasizing a strong foundation in women's studies. Their past roles include training on gender issues and program organization at UNDP, demonstrating a commitment to social services and policy analysis.
