Kanij Sharme

Kanij Sharme currently serves as the Deputy Manager of ERP at BRAC since January 2024, where responsibilities include planning, developing, implementing, and managing the ERP system's life-cycle while engaging with stakeholders to fulfill change requests and manage projects. Prior to this role, Kanij was the Section Manager (MIS) at Dhaka Ice Cream Industries Limited from June 2021 to December 2023, focusing on the analysis and implementation of ERP business solutions. Earlier experience includes working as a System Analyst at Transcom Limited from January 2016 to May 2021, where Kanij gathered solutions for TEL user issues, prepared databases, and administered SQL Server and data warehousing. Kanij holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering from Jagannath University, completed in 2018, and a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering from Patuakhali Science and Technology University, obtained in 2010.
