Kaniz Fatema currently serves as the Deputy Manager at BRAC since October 2023. Prior to this role, Kaniz worked as a Research Assistant at WorldFish from May 2019 to December 2022. Kaniz also held the position of Project Officer at People's Oriented Program Implementation (POPI) between February 2018 and March 2019 and was a Sector Specialist (Fisheries) at BRAC from May 2013 to June 2015. Kaniz obtained a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Fisheries from Bangladesh Agricultural University, completing studies from 2006 to 2010.
