Lima Islam

Lima Islam is a skilled education and development professional currently serving as the Deputy Manager for Development and Delivery in Learning and Leadership Development at BRAC since June 2021. With experience in various organizations, including the Danish Refugee Council and It's Humanity Foundation, Lima has focused on inclusive education, community mobilization, and leadership training. Prior roles involved coordinating education initiatives for vulnerable learners and facilitating community engagement with adherence to protection principles. Lima holds a Master’s degree in Development Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics & Social Studies from BRAC University, alongside earlier education in science from Viqarunnisa Noon College and School.
