M.D. Rubel

MD. RUBEL is a dedicated community development professional with extensive experience in program organization, community engagement, and educational initiatives. Currently serving as a Field Facilitator at BRAC since February 2021, responsibilities include managing community center operations and providing vital awareness sessions. Previously, MD. RUBEL worked as a Field Assistant at World Vision, where coordination and supervision of community cooking and learning activities were key roles. Prior experience includes positions as a Program Organizer at BRAC and COAST, focusing on health education, child protection, and community support activities. MD. RUBEL also held the position of Assistant Branch Manager and Programme Officer at UDDIPAN, overseeing credit operations. Educational qualifications include a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Chittagong.
