Mbuve Reuben

Mbuve Reuben is a seasoned youth and women empowerment specialist with over 10 years of experience in program design and implementation across education, livelihood, and economic empowerment sectors in Africa and Asia. Currently serving as a Senior Manager for BRAC's Youth Empowerment Programme, Mbuve leads initiatives that provide skills training and create economic opportunities for youth and women. Mbuve's extensive background includes partnerships with major donors and stakeholders, ensuring impactful program delivery while fostering community engagement and compliance with organizational policies. Mbuve has also contributed as a technical advisor in multiple youth-focused projects and previously held roles that emphasized training and capacity building within various organizations.
