Miftah Zaman

Miftah Zaman is an accomplished Learning and Development Professional with extensive experience in training and organizational development across various sectors. Currently serving as Assistant General Manager at BRAC Learning Division, Miftah leads the design and implementation of training programs impacting over 2,500 participants. As the founder of ReLearn, a consulting firm focused on training and employee development, Miftah aims to enhance professional growth for individuals and organizations. Previous roles include Global Training Lead at BRAC International and Head of Marketing Skill Development at Holcim, contributing to numerous significant training initiatives. Miftah is also an established Music Director and Singer, recognized for multiple solo albums and national performances. Miftah holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and a BBA in Marketing & Finance from BRAC University.
