Novel Saha is currently serving as an Area Manager at BRAC, where they are committed to the organization's vision of becoming a world leader in service delivery. Previously, they held the positions of Credit Officer and Assistant Area Manager within the same organization from 2017 to 2023. Novel is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Management at Govt. Bangla College, demonstrating a strong dedication to professional growth in the fields of Business Management and Human Resource Development.
