Rajat Ghosh

Rajat Ghosh is an experienced professional in Learning and Development, currently serving as the Deputy Manager at BRAC since June 2015. In this role, responsibilities include facilitating training for staff at various levels, conducting training needs analysis (TNA), designing engaging training activities, and managing the recruitment process using competency-based interviews. Previous positions held at BRAC include Senior Officer and Training Specialist within the HR & Learning Division, where Rajat focused on identifying training needs, organizing programs, and developing training content. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Executive at Landmark Group and interning at Export Import Bank of Bangladesh Limited. Rajat holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and a BBA in Management Studies from Jagannath University, Dhaka.
