Rashidul Islam

Rashidul Islam is an experienced Area Manager at BRAC since February 2016, overseeing the smooth operation and implementation of programs supported by the Bainum Family Foundation. Responsibilities include selecting caregivers, executing project activities, and maintaining high-quality standards. Previously, Rashidul held roles including Service Center Manager, focusing on operational efficiency at the One Stop Service Centre for RMG workers, and Monitoring Evaluation Officer, responsible for developing monitoring plans to track project progress. Earlier experience includes positions at Bangladesh National Woman Lawyers' Association as Monitoring & Evaluation Officer and at RDRS Bangladesh as Field Manager, where responsibilities encompassed project planning, stakeholder communication, and capacity-building activities. Rashidul holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Sociology from National University, Bangladesh, and East West University, respectively.
