Rawshon A. has an extensive career in the TVET and Skills Development sector, focusing on project management, curriculum development, and teacher training. Rawshon has held various roles, including Deputy Manager for TVET and Skills Development at UCEP Bangladesh and Programme Manager for Food Security, Skills & Livelihood at BRAC. Their work includes leading the implementation of skills development projects, developing training curricula, and supporting continuous improvement in professional development for instructors. Currently, Rawshon serves as Deputy Director at Saic Professional Training Center, while pursuing degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from multiple institutions.
