Ritah Tukashaba currently serves as a Program Assistant in Livelihood at BRAC, focusing on the implementation of livelihood, value chain, and market development activities since May 2024. Previously, as a Fellow at BRAC International from September 2023 to February 2024, Ritah analyzed the impact of alternative delivery channels on microfinance access for women and youth. In 2023, Ritah worked as a Fellow with Engineers Without Borders Canada, addressing food insecurity issues in Bukedea. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at the Center for Insect Research and Development from September 2022 to July 2023. Ritah holds a Bachelor's degree in Animal Production Technology and Management from Makerere University and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Animal Health at The University of Edinburgh, starting September 2024.
