Tanzilla Rubby Islam is a 360 communication professional with expertise in audiovisual documentation, graphic design, and knowledge management. They have held various roles, including Assistant Director at Toaster Productions, Runout Films, and Little Big Films Bangladesh, and served as Audio Visual Coordinator at Papyrus Communications Limited. Currently, Tanzilla works as the Deputy Manager of Knowledge Management and Communications at BRAC, contributing to its Disaster Risk Management Programme. With a Master’s degree in Development Studies from BRAC University and a rich background in the arts, they are dedicated to promoting inclusivity and driving meaningful change.
