Taslima Akter

Taslima Akter is an experienced professional in human resources and administration, currently serving as Operations Manager at BRAC since June 2019 and as Manager of HR & Administration at The Asia Foundation since July 2016. With a strong background in maintaining employee records, managing recruitment processes, and overseeing staff development, Taslima has successfully implemented HR policies and provided support through various organizational initiatives. Previous roles include positions at the British Red Cross, ActionAid, Plan International, and Save the Children International, highlighted by significant administrative responsibilities. Taslima holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Presidency University and a Master of Arts from National University, Bangladesh.
