Tushar Chakraborty

Tushar Chakraborty is a skilled professional with extensive experience in disaster risk management and capacity building within various organizations. Currently serving as a Specialist in Capacity Building at BRAC, Tushar is responsible for developing programmatic plans and collaborating with local partners. Previous roles include Project Coordinator for Habitat for Humanity Bangladesh, where Tushar ensured quality implementation of programs for the Rohingya and host communities, and Program Manager at CCDB, overseeing project concepts and reports. With a solid background in disaster management at Christian Aid and Habitat for Humanity International, Tushar has developed training materials, coordinated with stakeholders, and built the capacity of partner organizations. Tushar also has experience in education, having served as a Head Teacher, and holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Literature from M.M University College, Jessore.
