Veronica Gilton

Veronica Gilton is the current Head of Platform Technologies at Brace. Veronica has also served as the CTO at Evolve Media, LLC from November 2010 to September 2020. In this role, they were responsible for managing numerous teams of engineers, techops, and DBAs responsible for in-house ad serving platforms, video platform and content driven websites. Veronica was also responsible for tech operations for offices in Los Angeles, Toronto, New York City, London, Sydney and Hermosillo, Mexico. Gilton was instrumental in growing the company's remote development team which reduced overall cost and significantly increased employee retention. Additionally, they managed vendor relationships and vendor contract negotiations.

Before their role at Evolve Media, LLC, Gilton was self-employed as a web developer and consultant from January 2000 to November 2010. During this time, they were the project lead and developer on numerous entertainment websites. Veronica also developed and maintained websites for TV, Movies and Magazines. In 2006, they won two Webawards for Outstanding Achievement in Web Development - one for FUEL.TV and one for Domino Home Register.

Veronica Gilton has a Bachelor's degree from UMass Boston and a Master's degree from The Cambridge School of Weston.
