Diego Moraes

Diego Moraes initiated their career in Human Resources in 2011, focusing on benefits and generalist functions. They served as a key user in the implementation of the SAP system and helped establish a Shared Services Center, supporting over 3,000 employees in various HR-related areas. Throughout their tenure at Duratex and Eucatex, Diego managed recruitment, training, and organizational culture integration, while also leading employer branding initiatives. Currently, they are pursuing postgraduate studies in Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior, and Project Management at Universidade Iguaçu.
