Fernanda Kruse

Fernanda Kruse is an accomplished professional in Talent Management and Learning & Development, currently serving as the Head of Talent Management and Learning & Development at Bracell since June 2022. Responsibilities include developing learning initiatives, managing the Bracell Learning Institute, overseeing onboarding programs, cultural transformation, and implementing diversity and inclusion efforts.
