Fernando Ribas

Fernando Ribas serves as Supervisor de Logística Outbound at Bracell since May 2021, overseeing a team of 120 employees in the transportation of goods between factories and terminals while managing logistics operations, safety indicators, and continuous improvement projects. Previously, Fernando held the position of Coordenador de Operações at Caed Logística e Transportes, coordinating maintenance processes for a fleet of 1,100 railway wagons and 80 vehicles. Prior experiences include supervising logistics at JSL S.A. for a railway terminal and serving as Técnico Logística Senior 3A at Timenow, where responsibilities included monitoring special cargo. Fernando began a career in logistics in 2008, working with AMERICA LATINA LOGISTICA in various roles, including Supervisor de Operações and Maquinista. The educational journey includes studies at AEMS - Faculdades Integradas de Três Lagoas and ongoing education at Universidade Paulista.
