Bracher is an industrial design and design advisory practice founded by Todd Bracher in 2001.

We embed with leadership teams at product companies to help leverage product portfolios, supply chains, and IP to accelerate enterprise value through design. We audit the full landscape—products, IP, brand architecture—and identify what to prune, what to promote, what to augment, and where to build new. That might mean strengthening an existing brand, spinning new opportunities out of dormant IP, evaluating a recent acquisition's portfolio, or uncovering where meaningful value sits in a targeted acquisition.

Over 25 years, we've brought more than 200 products to market and hold 25+ patents. Clients include Herman Miller, Humanscale, Georg Jensen, 3M, Issey Miyake, Knoll, Cartier, Bank of America, Jaguar, HBF, and Zanotta.

Most engagements begin with a diagnostic: a focused evaluation with the leadership team to understand the situation, identify where design can have the most impact, and map out a path forward. From there, we work in whatever way fits the company best—alongside existing creative teams, helping build or reshape internal capabilities, or serving as the creative team directly.
