Mahrukh Javed

Mahrukh Javed is a skilled talent acquisition and human resources professional with experience in both technical and non-technical recruitment. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Executive at Brackets since July 2024, Mahrukh manages the talent acquisition process and oversees payroll processing to ensure operational efficiency. Previously, as a Human Resource Manager at The Web Jobs from May 2023 to March 2024, Mahrukh led HR operations, focusing on payroll, recruitment, and data management while enhancing employee engagement and optimizing HR processes. Mahrukh began a career in human resources as a trainee at GIFT University in early 2022, building foundational interpersonal and technical recruiting skills. Mahrukh holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of the Punjab and a specialization in Human Resource Management from the Virtual University of Pakistan.
