Rand Drake is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in project management and engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Product Solutions at Braden Europe | Braden Americas, Rand oversees emission reduction solutions. Rand's career includes roles as a Senior Project Engineering Specialist at Innova Global and Braden Europe B.V., as well as a director position at Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems Americas, where they directed NOx reduction strategies and managed multiple SCR emission control projects. Rand began their career as a Mechanical Engineer with the Naval Ship Weapon Systems Engineering Station and held various engineering and managerial roles throughout their diverse background.
