Bradford Producing Hub is an arts development charity supporting artists, creatives and organisations to thrive, especially those historically excluded from the arts. We design needs-led development, advocate for equity, and help build a resilient, inclusive cultural sector.

Rooted in Bradford, our work is community-led, experimental and unapologetically different. We co-create programmes with artists and partners, placing care, access and lived experience at the heart of cultural development.

Our work focuses on four interconnected areas:

• Develop: pathways into and through creative careers
• Progress: sector, skills and infrastructure development
• Advocate: for people, place and systemic change
• Foundations: governance, resilience and sustainable

As Cultural Capacity Partner for Bradford 2025 UK City of Culture, we’ve played a key role in strengthening the city’s creative workforce. Looking beyond 2025, our focus is on sustaining impact, influencing national practice and embedding equitable investment in the arts.

Each year, we engage around 2,000 creatives, working with local, regional and national partners, including local authorities, funders and cultural organisations all across the UK and internationally to provide opportunities and connectivity for the creatives we serve.
