Josh Padgett has a diverse background in the field of education and training in mechanical equipment. Currently serving as the Director of Education and Training at Brady Trane, Josh works with field staff to ensure the installation, maintenance, and servicing of commercial/industrial mechanical equipment. Josh's previous roles as a Service Manager and Instructor demonstrate their extensive knowledge and expertise in the industry. Throughout their educational journey, Josh has acquired degrees ranging from Philosophy and Religion to English, showcasing their commitment to continuous learning and development.
