Mark Chadwick has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries. Mark started their career in 1991 in the Royal Air Force, where they worked as an Electronics Engineer specializing in radar systems and networked communications. After serving in the Air Force for 10 years, they transitioned to the role of IT Support Engineer at Science Magazine, where they were responsible for network administration and integration between offices.

In 2002, Chadwick joined East Cambridgeshire District Council, initially as an IT Support Engineer and later as Principal ICT Technical Officer and Principal ICT Officer (Information & Security). In these roles, they were responsible for managing technical support, developing the ICT infrastructure, and ensuring the availability and security of ICT systems.

Since 2017, Chadwick has been working at Brady Technologies, initially as an Information Technology Security Engineer and currently as the Head of Information Technology and Infrastructure Operations. In these roles, they have had responsibilities such as network and infrastructure security, GDPR compliance, and streamlining ICT infrastructure.

Throughout their career, Chadwick has demonstrated a strong technical background and expertise in managing information technology systems and infrastructure.
