Andy Lai

Andy Lai is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in firmware and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Lead Firmware Engineer at Brady Corporation since February 2017, Andy has demonstrated leadership in managing firmware projects and making critical technology selections. Prior roles include experienced embedded firmware/software engineer at Greenwave Systems Inc, where Andy focused on IoT products, and senior software engineer positions at JDSU and Agilent Technologies, contributing to network protocol systems and enhancing existing products. Andy also has project management experience from TCSoft Co., Ltd, where responsibilities included client communication and project delivery strategies. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanics from Chongqing University and further studies at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
