Barb Bartelt

Barb Bartelt has extensive experience in management and sales, currently serving as the Lean and Compliance Services Manager at Brady Corporation since December 2005. In this role, Barb focuses on marketing lean and compliance services, leading a team that conducts tailored Visual Management Workshops, and overseeing the Visual Lockout Procedure-Writing Service to ensure regulatory compliance. Prior to this, Barb was the Director of Sales at Ace Product Management from 2003 to 2005, where sales growth was driven through the Harley Davidson dealer network. Additionally, Barb worked as the Manager of Inside Sales at Marshall Swift/Boeckh from 2000 to 2003, managing contract negotiations for a custom software firm catering to the insurance sector.
