Brian Flood

Brian Flood is an experienced leader in product development and research and development, currently serving as the Director of Global Product Development and Software R&D at Brady Corporation since July 2016. In this role, Brian oversees a team of over 150 employees across multiple global sites, managing the development of products from initial concept to commercialization for both software and hardware. Prior to this position, Brian held various roles within Brady Corporation, including Research and Development Site Director and R&D Manager, where responsibilities included managing engineering teams and overseeing new product development pipelines. Additionally, Brian's early career included teaching in the Oregon School District and obtaining degrees in Education and Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, as well as Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
