Jeffrey Hammes

Jeffrey Hammes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and development, currently serving as Senior R&D Manager at Brady Corporation since March 2012, where responsibilities include leading a process engineering group, driving product innovation, managing a team of 21, and participating on the steering committee for the JMP Discovery Summit. Prior roles at Brady include R&D Manager for Process Engineering and Interim R&D Manager for Materials Technical Service. With earlier experience as a Senior R&D Engineer at Tekra Corporation, Project Engineer at General Electric, Process Engineer at 3M, and Process Engineer at W. L. Gore & Associates, Jeffrey has a strong background in coatings, product development, and engineering management. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and advanced credentials in Global Management and Engineering Management and Leadership from Thunderbird School of Global Management and Purdue University, respectively.
