Jim Blessing

Jim Blessing has over 25 years of experience in sales operations and technical support, currently serving as Senior Manager of Sales Operations at Brady Corporation since June 1998. Jim has held multiple roles at the company, including Salesforce Effectiveness Manager, Business Analytics Manager, Sales and Marketing Database Manager, and Customer Operations Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing teams in CRM, business intelligence, data management, and customer support. Prior to Brady Corporation, Jim worked as a Technical Support Manager at ARI Network Services from May 1993 to June 1998, overseeing a team providing software assistance to customers. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University and has additional education from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
