Joanne C. serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Brady Corporation, where Joanne chairs the Management Development and Compensation Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee. Previously, Joanne held several key leadership roles at Xerox from September 2018 to January 2024, including EVP and President of the Americas and EVP, Chief Commercial, SMB and Channels Officer, focusing on enhancing business operations and client offerings. Prior to Xerox, Joanne was the Chief Commercial Officer at the U.S. Federal Government’s Technology Transformation Services, leading initiatives for IT modernization and citizen experience improvement. Joanne's earlier career at IBM spanned multiple general management roles, including Application Innovation Consulting and Global Technology Services Delivery. Joanne holds a Master’s Degree from Columbia University and an MBA from New York University.
