Mark Hansen

Mark Hansen is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in embedded firmware development and hardware engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Lead Firmware Engineer at Brady Corporation since June 2021, Mark specializes in real-time embedded firmware development using modern C++ and FPGA development in VHDL-2008 and Verilog. Prior roles include R&D Firmware Manager at Brady, where Mark led a team of developers and acted as the Lead Architect for the shared printer firmware codebase. Mark's background also features positions at Johnson Controls as a Staff Engineer, VideoPropulsion Interactive Television, Inc. as a Senior Engineer with multifaceted roles in SoC and FPGA development, and QuadTech as a Project Lead engineer focusing on machine vision camera systems. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and an MBA from Lubar College of Business.
