Tom Rex is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in new product development and manufacturing processes. Currently serving as the Lead Manufacturing Engineer for New Product Development at Brady Corporation since February 2014, Tom has successfully managed multiple projects, including the introduction of a new sleeve applicator, and has collaborated effectively with cross-functional teams. Prior to this role, Tom worked at Honeywell Safety Products, where responsibilities included introducing new products and leading the Honeywell Operating System implementation. Tom’s early career included an internship at New Berlin Plastics, focusing on quality and lean processes. Tom holds a degree in Industrial Technology Management with a concentration in Plastics Processing from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
