Carlos Rodriguez

Carlos Rodriguez is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and supply chain management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at BradyPLUS since March 2025, Carlos previously held multiple leadership roles at BakeMark as President and Interim CEO, and at Americold Logistics, LLC., where responsibilities included overseeing 245 operations facilities and 17,000 associates across 13 countries. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of Distribution and Global Transportation Services at Big Lots Stores, and various positions at Office Depot, including Vice President of Supply Chain Operations and Vice President of Inventory Management. Carlos holds an MBA with a focus on Strategy from Loyola University Chicago and has completed a program in Corporate Governance from Wharton Executive Education.
