Ethan Ballard

Ethan Ballard is an experienced data analytics manager currently leading the Data Analytics team at BradyPLUS since May 2021, where responsibilities include producing analytical reports and managing inventory data using Excel and Tableau. Prior to this role, Ethan served as a Project Manager in the TMA Projects Division at Brigham Young University - Hawaii, overseeing a hybrid team and managing various projects. Earlier experience includes work as a Resident Assistant, managing over 100 residents, and as an Eye Technician at RED ROCK VISION INC, where patient care was a primary focus. Ethan holds an undergraduate degree in Business Management with a concentration in Supply Chain, Operations, and Analytics from Brigham Young University–Hawaii.
