Jennifer Gowen

Jennifer Gowen serves as the Regional Director of Human Resources for the Northeast Region at BradyPLUS since April 2022. Prior to this role, Jennifer held the position of Director of Human Resources at PJP - Penn Jersey Paper Co from August 2015 until April 2022, following its acquisition by Envoy Solutions/Brady PLUS. Jennifer's career in human resources includes significant experience as Director of Human Resources at CORA Services from January 2012 to August 2015 and as Human Resources Manager at MRI Flexible Packaging from August 2005 to December 2011. In these roles, responsibilities included strategic recruitment, benefits strategy development, and comprehensive management of HR operations for a substantial workforce. Jennifer Gowen holds a Master's of Science in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Northeastern University.
