Leslie Thibodeau

Leslie Thibodeau serves as the Vice President of Customer Experience at BradyPLUS since September 2025, bringing extensive experience in client engagement and customer service. Prior roles include Vice President of the Client Engagement Center at ECRI and Senior Director at ProfitOptics, Inc. From June 2018 to June 2021, Leslie held the position of Operating Vice President for Customer Experience at Owens & Minor, where implementations of Salesforce.com Service and Community Cloud were a key focus. Leslie's tenure at Owens & Minor began in October 2003, with various roles culminating in the transformation of the company's customer service strategy. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology with a focus on Sports Management from James Madison University.
