Aleš Deisinger

Ale Quintero is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience across various roles in the design industry. As the Head of Design at Cooler, Ale was instrumental in brand and product design and was the first hire at the company. Prior to this, as Lead Product Designer at Healthy Together, Ale contributed to a 4.9 AppStore rating and facilitated a contract with Colorado WIC. Ale's earlier roles include Lead Experience Designer at Sofía, where the design efforts helped secure the first digital health insurance regulatory approval in Mexico, and Founding Designer at Knoable, Inc. Ale has also operated a successful freelance design studio, partnered as Co-Founder/Designer at The Handsome Pig, and gained initial experience at agencies and nonprofit organizations. Educationally, Ale holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México.
