Mark Clayton

Mark Clayton is an accomplished legal and gaming professional with extensive experience in the gaming industry. Currently serving as Director at Bragg Gaming since July 2022, Mark previously held the title of Chair of the Global Gaming Practice at Greenberg Traurig, LLP from August 2014 to February 2022. Prior to that role, Mark was a Partner at Lionel Sawyer & Collins from February 2009 to August 2014 and served as a Board Member for the Nevada Gaming Control Board from February 2005 to December 2008. Mark holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting and Finance from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School.
