Brahm Centre is a registered charity with Institution of a Public Character (IPC) status that aims to promote happier and healthier living in the community. Founded in 2012, we offer science-based mindfulness programs, to empower the community physically and mentally, reducing stress and enhancing well-being. Weekly health talks conducted by healthcare professionals and qualified speaker are also offered for free to the public. Working in collaboration with community partners and volunteers, we provide holistic care for youth, families and seniors. Besides community clients. We also offer our services to healthcare agencies, schools and corporations.

We have a care management team that is supported by a group of trained volunteers. Working closely with the Agency for Integrated Care and Ministry of Health, we provide support to vulnerable elderly in the form of case management and befriending. We also collaborate with the People’s Association and grassroots leaders to increase awareness of mental health issues and engage residents in active ageing programs and activities in MacPherson, Simei, Tampines and Geylang Serai. 

Brahm Centre serves more than 50,000 people through its centre at MacPherson, Newton, Simei, Tampines which Simei and MacPherson are Active Ageing Centres (AACs).
