Tara Street has a diverse work experience in the field of branding and advertising. Tara founded Braid Creative & Consulting in 2011, where they worked with purpose-driven organizations, small businesses, and creative entrepreneurs on brand language, positioning, design, and strategy. Tara developed the Braid Method to help clients turn their ideas into a clear vision and position themselves confidently. In 2014, Tara also served as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Oklahoma, teaching Visual Communications to juniors and seniors. Tara guided students in developing branding concepts and facilitated their understanding of visioning, copywriting, design, and presentation. Prior to their own venture, Tara worked at Third Degree Advertising from 1997 to 2011 as the VP Creative Director. Tara played a key role in shaping the agency's internal culture, developing processes for client involvement in the creative process, and refining the agency's approach to new business pitches. Their clients at Third Degree included credit unions like Tinker Federal Credit Union and Delta Community Credit Union.
From 1993 to 1997, Tara Street attended the University of Oklahoma, where they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Visual Communications.
