Marcin Bierut

Marcin Bierut has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Marcin is the CEO and Founder of Iconity since 2010, where they focus on business process management and improvement by implementing systems to support and enhance processes in different organizations. In 2018, they co-founded ePeer and served as the CTO. In 2019, they joined Icon24 as a Product Owner. Marcin also worked as a Strategy Consultant and a Board Member at Incuvo from 2016 to 2017. Marcin served as a Supervisory Board Member at Spectral Games since 2013. Marcin was the CEO of Game Code Lab from 2016 until 2017. Additionally, they held multiple roles at 3SOFT S.A. including Supervisory Board Member, Board Member, PMO Director, and CFO from 2003 to 2016, where they managed and improved business processes, developed systems architecture, and handled key projects for government, web hosting companies, and SEO projects. Recently, in 2022, they founded Braight Technologies and is currently serving as the CTO.

Marcin Bierut obtained their Master's Degree in Computer Science from The Silesian University of Technology, where they studied from 1996 to 2001. In 2016, they pursued further education and completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa we Wrocławiu, where they attended until 2018. Additionally, Bierut has obtained several certifications throughout their career, including Certified Expert in BPM 2 from OMG in February 2014, UML Professional from OMG in April 2013, PRINCE2 from APMG-International in October 2012, Profesjonalny Menadżer e-biznesu from IAB Polska in July 2011, and CustomerCentric Selling from Customer Centric Selling Poland Sp. z o.o. in March 2010.
