Ute Dechert has extensive work experience in various roles within the field of human resources and processes. From 1996 onwards, they held multiple positions at BRAIN Biotech AG, including Vice President of Human Resources & Processes, Unit Head of Organization and Processes, Human Resources Manager, Grant Management, and Project Manager. Prior to their time at BRAIN Biotech AG, they worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at The University of British Columbia from 1992 to 1996.
Ute Dechert completed their education from 1980 to 1992 at Technische Universität Darmstadt, earning a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Biochemistry.
