Brain Connections is a neuroeducation-based learning and development company built to challenge how organizations approach continuing education, leadership, and performance.

Founded in Puerto Rico in 2017 and established in Florida in 2024, we partner with organizations that are not looking for traditional training, but for real and lasting change. Our work is grounded in how the brain learns and performs, allowing us to deliver experiences that translate directly into stronger leadership, better decision making, and more effective teams.

What started in education and healthcare has expanded into multi industry partnerships with organizations such as the Department of Education, Head Start, Pfizer, and Windmar Home, among others. To date, we have served over 80,000 individuals and continue to scale our impact through long term partnerships and repeat engagements.

At Brain Connections, we are building a platform for learning and development that is practical, scalable, and designed for real world performance across industries.
