Samuel L. has over 18 years of experience in customer experience roles. Samuel began their career in 2003 as a Social Impact Entrepreneur, founding and co-founding three Impact Sector Ventures. In 2014, they were hired as the Director of Customer Experience at StudyBlue, where they authored and executed a strategy to build, hire, and lead a cross-functional team. In this role, they managed the Support org while hiring and managing offshore development team. Samuel then moved to Iron Axis in 2017 as the Head of Customer Experience, creating the Customer Support and Success framework from the ground up. In 2018, Samuel was hired as the Head of Customer Experience at OhmConnect, restructuring and extending a highly complex Customer Engagement environment. In 2021, they joined Brain Technologies, Inc. as the Director of Customer Experience, creating four distinct Support Systems. During their time at Brain, they created a self-governed solution that resulted in training and hiring over 170 agents in less than five months.

Samuel L. attended the University of California, Davis and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Music.
